– 700136, completed 3 year LLB course from Bhadrak Law College, under Fakir Mohan University,
Odisha, in the year 2023. My Roll No is 11620061, Registration No – 01070/20. I have lost my Sem-1
& Sem-2 marksheet while getting photocopy of them.

Please do the needful at the earliest so that I can apply for re-issue of the marksheet from
the university.
