-Any "back solicitation" is not acceptable and a $500 fine per occurrence will be imposed-
-Driver must accept GPS tracking IF requested by Beard Transport or $150 will be deducted from line haul-

-Double brokering this load will cause this contract become null & void. Double brokering is strictly prohibited. The full line haul will
be reserved for the actuall carrier and the double broker will not be paid-
-Any dimensions & weights noted are estimated. Carrier is responsible for obtaining accurate weight & dimensions of the commodity
prior to ordering permits and hauling load-
-Carrier is responsible for obtaining permits & escorts, Beard Transport does not provide or reimburse for permits or escorts. We
pay "all-in" line haul rates to our carriers-
-Detention will not be paid unless notified within 2 hours of driver arriving on site-
-If we aren't notified of delays within a timely manner, a deduction of $100-$200 per day can occur-
-PPE is required to be worn on every load. Failure to wear the correct may result in a deduction-
