FOREWORD

“It is a great pleasure to present the Kenya Maritime


Authority (KMA) Strategic Plan 2018-2022. The Plan
outlines the Authority's short and medium-term goals and
objectives towards the realization of our mandate to
regulate, co-ordinate and oversee Kenya's maritime affairs.”
