MY REFLECTION ABOUT THE UNDERSTANDING THE SELF

My experience is that it is not possible to understand the self because the

moment we attempt to understand the self, the mind comes into play, and the
mind does not let us realize the self. Therefore we are not really able to
understand although we seem to understand. That is my experience. The ME, the
mind and ego, together are the enemy of enlightenment, enemy of realization.
Therefore, even though we may read, even though we may understand that we
are not the body, we are not the mind, we are not the ego, we are the Divine Soul,
we don't realize it, and because we don't realize it, it means we don't understand.
Not many people will understand this point because they don't realize what this is
all about. I've learn a lot on how to understand myself in a various ways, even
though I got a mistakes. In a past few months to study in Understanding the self
(subject), there are more ways on how to understanding you self, and I choose the
I And Me, because this what is to reflect myself, As ourselves develop more and
more, we begin to be able to examine your own thoughts and behaviors as we
would if we were examining other's action. Beside of that I truly remember the
instructor of our subject/course, says" that always remember to appriciate being
who you are and be confident trust your self and be a good influence to other
specialy to next generation.
