1. Modules
1.1 Admin Module
Admin can access the mobile application at the back-end and can perform below mentioned
activities:
i. Create login
ii. Add, update and delete anything (food availability, prices, Restaurant) he wants to
change
iii. Can access the data of customer such as name, address or contact information
iv. Check the customer order information and their payments

1.2 Manager Module


A manager has login access to everything at the back-end same as the owner except for deleting
anything from the application. This module will be connected with the owner module so that if
manager makes any changes such as changing the prices of the food products it will be notified
to the admin. A manager will be able to access following things:
i. Login
ii. Create discounts for special customers (Gold, Silver, Platinum)
iii. Changing the prices of the food order according to the seasons and Restaurant
iv. Customer’s check-in and check-out
v. Add, edit and manage Restaurant and food menu
vi. Download daily hotel business report, capacity utilization, restaurant sales report

1.3 Restaurant Module


The restaurant takes care of customer offline as well as online but with the limited access at the
front-desk to make any update or changes. This module will be linked to the admin and
manager’s module so that they can check on the activities happening at the Application.
Restaurant will be able to do necessary things such as:
i. Login
ii. Add and edit the available food products to be ordered for the customer against
partial/full payment
iii. Mark the number of food products are available
iv. Check-in and check-out the customer
v. Take the payments and issue the receipts
1.4 Customer Module
A customer has limited front-end access to do the bookings and will be able to perform below
mentioned activities:
i. Register as a customer in the application
ii. Login using customer ID and Password or can login as a guest to get directed to the
search menu of the application
iii. Check the types of food products available
iv. Do the cash on delivery /UPI payment to order food
v. Order food for another guest using his login ID
vi. Cancel the order request according to the Food App
vii. Give feedback at the food app after check-out
