1. Why do you think the Life Cycle of an Eagle is the chosen animal when it
comes to "CHANGE”? How relevant is the Eagle's Life Cycle to an individual
especially the youth?

In my opinion, Eagles have the greatest life span of any animal

when it comes to change; they may live up to 70 years, but we are all
aware that if we reach this age, we will have to make many sacrifices and
difficult choices. We must make many decisions that will help us survive
in order to begin the change process. Changes enable us to advance in
life and gain new experiences.
As youths, we made wrong decisions in ourselves so if we want to
change ourselves, we should have a new beginning in our lives, but
facing a new beginning is not easy because we need to forget our past
and come out of our comfort zone. It’s a long process, but in the end, it’s
a new beginning for us. Just like the Eagle to reach 70 years old he
needs to re-birth and change its appearance and live 30 more years.

2. Volunteerism, What's the Big Deal? List down as many benefits of

Volunteerism you can think of....
o Meeting new people through volunteering can help you to
socialize with other people and make new friends.
o Learning new skills and gaining experiences.
o Leaving your comfort zone because you will encounter many
challenges as a volunteer that require the use of critical
thinking abilities for your own personal growth.
o Helps our physical help and mental health.
o Less use of social media because if you are too preoccupied
with your work, you will forget to use your phone.
o Have fun and enjoy helping the community.
