("CodeFacts," "we," "us," and "our") are fully committed to respecting your privacy and are

"you" in this Policy pertains to the users of the CodeFacts Platform (as defined below),
irrespective of whether you access the services available on the Platform or complete a
transaction on the Platform ("Users"). This Policy delineates: (a) the categories of

limit their participation in specific activities or access to certain services available on the
Platform.
For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Identification Information and Non-personal
Identification Information shall collectively be termed "Information."

d. "Confidential Personal Data Or Information" (CPDI) or "Sensitive Data" encompasses


information pertaining to the following:

i. Passwords;

ii. Financial information, such as bank account details, credit card particulars, debit card
information, or other payment instrument data;

iii. Physical, physiological, and mental health status;

iv. Sexual orientation;

v. Medical records and medical history;

vi. Biometric data;

vii. Any information related to the above categories provided to a corporate entity for the
provision of services; and

viii. Any data received under the above categories by a corporate entity for processing,
storage, or handling under lawful contracts or otherwise.

e. "Third Party" denotes any individual or entity other than you or us.

**II. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY CODEFACTS**

Concerning the use of the Platform:

i. For the establishment of an Account on the Platform, Users will be asked to disclose
information, including personal contact details. The nature of Information collected from a
User fluctuates based on their interactions with the Platform.

ii. During the creation of User Accounts, we will gather data such as names, telephone
numbers, email addresses, residential or commercial addresses, and other Information. In
certain scenarios, we may also necessitate the disclosure of demographic particulars,
encompassing gender, age, education, and other data pertinent to the provision of Services.
Additionally, we may collect Information posted by Users in their offers, profiles,
requirements, feedback, or any other communication on the Platform.

iii. When Users employ our location-based services, we may collect and process information
regarding their mobile device's GPS location (including latitude, longitude, or altitude) and
the timestamp of this data. This information is employed to personalize the Services. We
may associate location data with device IDs and other information we have on Users. Users
can revoke consent for this feature by disabling location tracking on their devices.

connecting with them. By granting us permission to access their contact lists, Users

v. We also retain the right to oversee conversations between two Users facilitated by
CodeFacts through any mechanism on the Platform. This information may be used for
various purposes, including but not limited to monitoring and preventing misuse,
safeguarding Users' rights, and resolving any disputes that may arise.

b. From third-party platforms:

i. Users may also opt to register for an Account using their existing credentials from third-
party services such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, or other similar accounts ("Third-Party
Site Accounts"). As part of the Platform's functionality, Users can link their accounts with
Third-Party Site Accounts by either: (i) providing their Third-Party Site Account login details
to us through the Platform or (ii) authorizing us to access their Third-Party Site Account,
subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of each Third-Party Site Account. You
assert that you have the authorization to disclose your Third-Party Account login details to us
and grant us access to your Third-Party Site Account (including, but not limited to, purposes
described herein), without violating the terms and conditions governing your use of the
relevant Third-Party Site Account or imposing any fees or usage restrictions on us, as
stipulated by the applicable Third-Party Site service provider.

ii. Should you choose to register by logging in via a Third-Party Site Account through our
Platform, we will acquire Personal Information furnished by you to the pertinent Third-Party
Site service provider. This may include your actual name, email address, profile picture,
names of friends, group memberships, and other information you have made publicly
accessible via the Third-Party Site service provider or authorized us to access. Based on
your Third-Party Site Account selection and permissibility granted by you, we will access,
make accessible, and, if applicable and authorized by the Third-Party Site service provider
and you, store information from your Third-Party Site Account on your Platform account.

c. Cookies:

Cookies are diminutive data fragments saved by your browser. They retain various aspects
of your visit and support us in delivering uninterrupted service. Cookies also enable ad
networks to deliver targeted advertisements believed to

be of interest to you. Cookies may be placed in your browser either when you access the
Platform or visit Third-Party websites.

conducted on our Platform. Such CPDI is acquired directly by payment gateways integrated
with our Platform. We ensure the use of reputable payment gateways equipped with

your CPDI to a third party for any reason without your prior consent.

**III. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY CODEFACTS**

a. For the purpose of providing Services on the Platform, we may employ Information to:

iii. Troubleshoot technical issues;
iv. Deliver customer support;
v. Fulfill obligations arising from the contract between CodeFacts and Users, including billing
and collections;
vi. Enable Users to engage in interactive features offered through the Services;
vii. Pursue any other purpose specified by CodeFacts when soliciting information from
Users;
viii. For monetization and the generation of statistics for advertising, affiliate marketing, and
analytics;
ix. For any other purpose with the User's explicit consent.

b. Communication:

notifications, short message service (SMS), multimedia message service (MMS), or other
channels, to share information with Users about promotions, features, or offerings available
on the Platform. Users may receive such communications after registering as Users to
receive advertisements related to goods and services of potential interest. Should Users
wish to opt out of receiving non-transactional emails, instructions for unsubscribing are
provided at the end of each email, or Users may contact the relevant personnel.

c. We do not sell User-specific Information to Third Parties for the purposes mentioned
above, and all data shared with Third Parties for these purposes is done on an aggregate,

We do not engage in the sale, trade, or rental of Users' Information to third parties. We may

Nevertheless, Personal Identification Information may be shared, as required, with (a) our

similar proceedings, in which Users' Information held by CodeFacts constitutes part of the

notice. We may also divulge User Information, including, but not limited to, names, cities,

or in cooperation with a government authority's investigation.

c. Third-Party service providers concerning the Platform:

To the extent necessary for the provision of services on the Platform, we may provide User
Information to Third-Party contractors working on our behalf or in conjunction with us to
deliver said services, facilitate communication with Users, or maintain the Platform.

d. With consent:

User Information and/or CPDI may be shared in any circumstance for which we possess
User consent.

not limited to your phone number, email address, device details, and IP address. By

GetSimpl to ensure fraud prevention and facilitate PayLater checkout experiences. Please
