PART 1-CHOICE OF TOP MANAGERIAL

MEMBERS
Keeping in mind the corpus provided, the weighted averages of the skills
required, net effectivity and effective remuneration of each candidate, we
have selected the most effective candidates for the managerial positions.
Firstly, we multiplied the given weights with the respective effectivity of the
candidates, then we added each effectivity corresponding to each skill, to get
the net effectivity of each person. Following this step, we divided the
remuneration of each candidate with their respective net effectivity to
calculate their effective salaries. After, measuring and comparing, candidates,
who had the highest net effectiveness along with suitable and fitting
remuneration plans, were selected for the positions.

PART 2-DISTRIBUTION OF EMPLOYEES

Firstly, we calculated the difference between available employees and required
employees. Then, according to the differences we allocated the employees
throughout each band, In such a way, the net effectivity is maximized and the
cost is minimized. While doing so we shifted a certain number of employees
from one band to other (intra and inter) in order to maximize effectivity.
Total amount of the corpus utilized was calculated by adding the remuneration
of the top managerial candidates, remuneration payable to the employees,
including the expenses incurred for inter-departmental training and intra
departmental skill upscaling of the employees and the installation of the plant
(large-10 crore).
After all the expenses the corpus was maintained.
