Isla Nature Farms (CNF) in terms of customer focus, leadership. and continual improvement, {as basis for ISO 9001:2015 accreditation: determined the services of CNF that adhere to the selected ISO 9001:2015 principles: and recommended possible solutions for the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation of CNF. This study used sequential exploratory design, thematic analysis, interview guides and observation checklist to gather the information needed for this study. The manager. receptionist, tour guide. post-harvest staff, and accountant of CNF were the participants and key informants interviewed. The researchers reviewed documents available in CNF for ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, Ts study determined the agro-tourism practices in the selected services of Costales Findings showed that generally, CNF cannot be considered as potential ISO 9001:2015 accredited. The data gathered, however, can be used to enrich the knowledge and understanding about the ISO accreditation. Correspondlingly. the study can help CNF to adapt realistic insights of their clientele to help them on ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and to improve their service features. Abalajon afety and security are important in the overall tourist experience which ensure the preparedness and prevention of loss and danger to human life and properties, This study determined the implementation and compliance of Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa to safety procedures and standard operation procedures, and the management's safety practices. The general manager and the researchers were the participants of the study. Weighted mean was used to analyze and measure the level of implementation and compliance of the resort and spa to SPSOP. This descriptive qualitative research adapted the questionnaires from Philippine Safety Requirements Compliance and from the Safety and Health Audit Tool from Occupational Safety and Health Authority. The overall assessment revealed that Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa was implementing the safety procedure with minor deficiencies and partially complied with the selected Philippine safety requirements. ‘The researchers recommended a realignment of the safety procedures of LLRS on the number of employees and the safety standards mandated by the Philippine Safety Requirements.
