Sustainability Plan Abandwidth of 10mbps unlimited internet service is sufficient for the schools. ‘Their utilization will be monitored from MHCA Office Server room and should any school need additional bandwidth shall be increased accordingly. Each school will be required to pay K18,000 annual internet bill which Is about 60% of the internet price of same bandwidth if one is to purchase directly from DataCo. ‘The fees will be used to maintain the internet service and also to pay license renewal fees for cambium / FortiGate devices. Cambium FortiGate will provide robust secured WIFI service. ks As it seems, landowner issues may occur at the sites during fiber cable stringing from current fiber node to the respective sites. All lines will be stringed along state easements so that such ‘unnecessary issues are not encountered. Is in any such situation, amicable discussion and solution through proper channel is required, Risk of sabotage and theft of new fiber cable and new computers. Itisa shared concern for the schools as well as MHCA to address and advocate on these matters. Increase awareness in the community by addressing them at parents meetings, school assemblies, graduations, etc. Document Revision: DRAFT V1.0 13 0f 13,
