Strategic focus and actions are the making of diverse managers as they approach their strategic
actions in identifying environmental change in new opportunities and threats that require
differentiated strategies. Strategic alignment and realignment may be necessary as
opportunities and threats vary in the environment. There is no single structure and strategies
that work effectively overtime hence the language of business is changing for the better.
