GUIDELINES MEETING
COURSE B.COM (HONS) UGCF (SEMESTER-I)

A meeting for the above-mentioned paper was organized by the Department of Commerce, Delhi
School of Economics, University of Delhi in association with Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of
Commerce on 16th November, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting was attended by the teachers of colleges
teaching this paper and convened by Prof. Dr. Sunaina Kanojia, from the Department of Commerce,
University of Delhi. The respective member teachers discussed the unit-wise course curriculum in
detail and resolved the following unanimously, to be called as final guidelines.

1. To adhere to the following unit-wise guidelines and tentative distribution of lecture periods while
teaching the course.

It was decided that faculty shall ensure that all practical exercises as mentioned in the syllabus will
be covered.

It was decided that each question will have internal choice from the same unit, the Question paper
should have analytical questions and case law based problems must be covered from Indian Contract
Act and Sale of Goods Act and other practical problems and real life examples must be discussed in
the class.

It was reiterated to adhere to the guidelines in letter and spirit I setting up question paper in order
to have uniformity and consistency in teaching learning process.
