What is DAS ID and how to reset DAS password?

Who can do it?


➔ This document describes what is DAS ID and the ways of resetting your All employees
DAS password. All subcontractors

DAS – Directory and Authentication Services – is your personal and unique authentication number. It cannot be changed
and you will keep it throughout your employee journey within Worldline. DAS account is automatically created when the
person is registered in the HR system (Nessie)​

DAS ID and DAS password will be required as credentials to access many systems or applications (i.e. Online Office 365,....)

Where to find DAS ID?

A. Das ID will be send to you by mail by your line manager


at the first day of your work

B. You can also find it in DAS section on
corp.worldline.com logging there with your PKI card
credentials

How to reset DAS password?

When you remember your current password and it is not


1 expired - go to DAS SelfService portal (here) and use the
Change password option from the menu

or

2 If you do not remember the current password or it is expired


– use PKI card or OTP to login password reset portal (here)

or

If you have Challenge-Response registered on your DAS account


3 use DAS Challenge-Response password reset portal (here)

or
