Considering

the Constitution of 25 November 2010;

AFTER HEARING THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS,

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY DELIBERATED AND ADOPTED,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC PROMULGATES THE LAW

THE CONTENT OF WHICH IS AS FOLLOWS:

TITLE I:GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1: This Law lays down the rules of the Staff Regulations applicable to staff

of the Armed Forces.

Article 2: The Armed Forces shall consist of all the special forces of the armed
forces.
