From all of us here at Haven, weúd like to say a big thank you for being one of
our wonderful owners for another year. We hope you had a brilliant time at
Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, and you and your family enjoyed creating
some truly magical memories.
I was delighted to see so many people enjoying the new events we added
over the summer, including CSI Detective, Last Night of the Proms, Virtual
Reality Experience and Toys are Back in Town. If you joined us at any of
these, I hope you and your family had as much fun attending as we did
hosting|
As a proudly family-run business, we really understand how important it is to
spend quality time with the people you love, which is why weúre so pleased
that you choose to spend such precious time with Haven.

Itús our mission to make each coming year even better than the last, so weúre
always incredibly grateful for your feedback and take on board what you say.
Following your suggestions, weúll be using the winter to improve the security
of the park.

Your 2020 site fees

Youúll find the details for your 2020 site fees enclosed. This amount reflects
the anticipated costs of running the great venues and facilities you enjoy as
an owner at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village. Inflation and the national living
wage are included in the calculation. They also help us maintain the
standards and service youúve come to expect, ensuring you have a fantastic
experience every time you visit.

How to pay
We offer a simple range of payment plans. Just choose whichever one suits you best.
1. Pay in full by 1 December 2019 and we'll give you ^50.00 off to say thank you
2. Pay in two instalments: one on the 1 December 2019 and the second on 28 February 2020
3. Pay in six interest-free direct debit payments from November 2019 to April 2020
You'll find details of the exact amounts on the enclosed notice of payment.
Alternatively, you can pay in person at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village. However, please remember we
can only take cash to a value of ^1,000 in cash in any calendar year, and you'll need to pay the
remaining balance via one of the ways above.
