Dear Maam,

I am writing to inform you that due to a prior commitment, I will be unable to attend class on
November 30, 2023.

I have been honored with an invitation to the Mr. & Ms. English Ambassador and Ambassadress
Pageant at Saint Francis College of Allen N. Samar, Inc., where I currently hold the title of Mr.
Ambassador. The event, scheduled for November 30 coincides with our class time. Given the importance
of these preparations, I find it necessary to fully engage in the process to ensure the success of the
pageant.
