Descriptive statistics are like the storytellers of data. They help us understand and summarize
information in simple. In this report, my intention is to explore five essential descriptive statistics terms,
demystifying these five concepts as posible from my knowledge.

Mean (Average):

The mean, also called the average, is like finding the typical value in a group of numbers. To calculate it,
add up all the numbers and then divide by how many numbers there are.

2. Median (Middle Value):

The median is the middle value when numbers are arranged from smallest to largest. It's like finding the
"middle point" that separates the lower and higher values.

3. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):

Exploratory Data Analysis, known as abbreviation EDA, is a critical step in data analysis where the
primary goal is to visually and statistically investigate a dataset. I can say it is an initial "deep dive" into the
data to understand its key characteristics, identify patterns, anomalies, and gain insights that can guide
further analysis.

4. Data Visualization in EDA:

Create various plots like histograms, scatter plots, and box plots. For instance, you might create a
histogram of purchase amounts to see how much most customers spend. A scatter plot could show the
relationship between customer age and purchase amount.

5. Data Cleansing:

EDA can also reveal missing data or errors. You might find missing customer information that needs to be
filled in before further analysis.

Through EDA, you can uncover valuable insights like your target audience's spending habits, preferred
products, and outliers that may need special attention. These insights are essential for formulating an
effective sales strategy, making data-driven decisions, and ultimately achieving better business outcomes.

What I learned about descriptive statistics is that it's like using simple tools to tell a story about data.

In conclusion, descriptive statistics help us understand data better by finding what's typical, where the
data is concentrated, and how it spreads. They are like storytellers that make data easier to understand
and use in decision making and others.
