"Revolutionizing Emergency Healthcare:
Predictive Ambulance Services for Enhanced
Accessibility and Customer Satisfaction"
Would like to share a take on customer satisfaction.
| came across an interesting research done Prof.
Shankar Prinja, Health economics Dept. at PGIMER
Chandigarh, the team did a rigorous study on
evaluation of Health Sector Volunteerism Scheme
(HSVS) in Haryana '12 then, specifically focusing on
the utilization of health services, costs, and
potential strategies for improvement in.
Interestingly they identified that the cost recovery
of ambulances available for service is less than 10-
15% of the user charges across in all districts of
Haryana, and the study suggested agencies to
encourage more people to use it and observed that
not many people are using health services in local
health center's and these people (25-40% of Gen
Population) prefers ambulances during the day time
only making it easy accessibility.
4Readers would agree to this fact that any services or
brand per se can find a good enough opportunity to
encash these lowly capital investment can gain ROI
in a strategic fashion if tapped in the right-way.
This paper did suggested that we can make this
system efficient by having a more strategic
placement of ambulances vehicles so that it is
accessible to the users across the city. There was
inner call to solve where i lost a close relative as i
ambulance service was not available to us.
n my recent data camp expo i came across
technique used by Quick Service Restaurants
recently to they created a predictive ordering
solution that would give their stores a glimpse into
the future by predicting where & what would service
will be requested with estimating ETA info
accurately.
4The QSR created a data lake consisting of key order
information by taking advantage of Amazon Simple
Storage Service (Amazon S3) for data storage and
AWS Glue for data querying. It also uses Amazon
SageMaker to build and train machine learning
models to predict the likelihood that need for
service will be asked, so a store can begin prepping
up for the service right before it is placed. This
would be real golden option and certainly scaleable
across with modifications where Ongoing City
traffic halts to users to use this essential service at
the same resurrecting the trust and satisfaction that
they can rely with a sense of security .
At current scenario, with LLM's or ML's
advancements with no-code environment in place
this doesn't not look unpromising if someone wishes
to build a business.
