FOUNDATION AND BASEMENT

1. SITE CLEANING

The proposed site will be cleaned for debris, scrubs and thickets.

2. EARTH WORK EXCAVATION

Earth work for pillar foundation will be done

Size of pit will be - 100 ems x 100 cms x 150 ems (LxBxH)

3. FOOTING PCC

A layer of plain concrete will be done in the bottom of pillar footing

Cement used - Shankar / Ramco
Sand used - Double washed manufactured sand
Aggregate used - 20 mm broken stone
Footing size 100 ems x 100 ems
Footing Pcc thickness - 10 ems

4. FOUNDATION PILLARS
RCC in 1-3-5 mix using cement stone and M-sand will be done
Pillar size - 23 ems x 23 ems
Cement used - Shankar / Ramco
Sand used - Double washed manufactured sand
Aggregate used - 20 mm broken stone
TMT bars used - Aiswaryam TMT bars / AGNI TMT bars
Reinforcement - 12mm dia bars - 4 no's
8mm dia bars used for stirrups at a gap of 20 ems b/w stirrups
