PAYMENT/REFUND OF FEES
Harmony International School reserves the right to cancel the exam registration of the student if,
1. The payment is not made in full
2. The student does not fulfill the attendance criteria. However, the Principal’s decision in this regard will be treated as final
3. The preferred method of payment is in Indian Rupees (INR). Post-dated cheques will not be accepted
4. The examination fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

previously given.

I am completely aware that it will be on the sole discretion of the Principal and the Management to disallow
the under-performing student for appearing in the IGCSE examinations. Admission to the School/College does
not guarantee students registration for the IGCSE exam unless and until he/she has reached the standards to
appear for the same.

• IGCSE results in individual subjects are indicated by the grades A*(a*), A (a), B(b), C(c), D(d), E(e), F(f) or G(g). The
highest grade is A*(a*) and G(g) is the lowest.
• For some language syllabuses, oral endorsements are recorded on the certificate indicated by grades 1(ONE) through
to 5(FIVE). Grade 1(ONE) is awarded to those students showing highest ability in the oral and grade 5 (FIVE) for a
minimum satisfactory performance.
• 'UNGRADED' indicates that the student has failed to reach the standard required for a pass. 'UNGRADED' will be
reported on the Statement of Results but not on the final certificate. The grade below G(g) is marked as ‘UNGRADED’.

• The passing criteria of IGCSE are different from other Indian boards. Students should understand the passing
criteria of other boards for migration.
• Students should submit passport size photograph in school regular uniform. The photograph should mention the name
of the candidate and date of taking the photograph.
• Students should submit a zerox copy of aadhar card along with registration form.
