It was last weekend when I was walking home from school at night.
What happened?
I was walking down a dark alleyway when I heard someone following me. I turned
around and saw a man walking behind me. He was wearing a hoodie and sunglasses,
so I couldn't see his face.
I was in a dark alleyway, and there was no one else around. I was scared, but I knew I
had to stay calm.
I started walking faster, and I turned a corner to get away from him. I ran as fast as I
could until I got to a well-lit area.
I was alone.
Yes, I was okay in the end. The man didn't follow me after I turned the corner. I was still
scared, but I was relieved that I was safe.
Additional details
I was especially scared because I didn't know who the man was or what he wanted. I
also remember feeling very vulnerable. I was alone in a dark alleyway, and there was
no one around to help me.
But I'm also grateful for the experience. It taught me to be more aware of my
surroundings, and it showed me how important it is to be safe.

It was last summer vacation. I went to Africa with my friends and we were in a hotel in the rainforest.
After a long time of trip, I was taking shower in bathroom. Suddenly I saw a snake. That’s really scary.
Could you give me advice what could I do to manage this situation?
Dear Stephan,
I heard about your snake encounter in your hotel room. I'm so sorry that happened to you!
If you ever see a snake in your hotel room, here are some tips on how to handle the situation safely:
Don't panic. Snakes are more likely to bite if they feel threatened.
Back away slowly. Don't try to kill or capture the snake yourself.
Call the hotel staff . They will be able to remove the snake safely.
I hope these tips help! Have fun trip with your friend.
