How long does it take to draw the cartoon?

With a normal order situation, the production of the digital caricature takes between
6-9 working days

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the number of people to be caricatured and the background
chosen. As each character takes time to draw, the more people, the higher the price. A
customized background also takes a little more time than a pre-drawn one.

Do the people I want to draw have to all be in one photo?

No problem! You are also welcome to send us individual photos of the people. Our
artists draw the characters together in one picture.

How should the quality of the photo I send you be?

Of course, the better the quality, the easier it is for our artists to create a precise
portrait or full-body image. Accordingly, it is an advantage to send us detailed
recordings.

What if I'm not happy with my caricature?

Our artists are incredibly talented and do an outstanding job. Nevertheless, it can
happen that you don't like something. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to
upload photos that are as detailed as possible. Nevertheless, we are happy to offer you
a free revision.

Basically, we try to classify the different styles of our artists into a qualitative
intermediate value, each of which nevertheless meets our qualitative requirements.

Can I get a preview of how my order will look like before placing an order?

Since our product is hand-drawn from scratch by real artists, we’re unable to generate
a preview of how the picture would look like before ordering. The good news is you
can request to amend your drawing once its complete until you are 100% satisfied.
Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes of course! You have the option >here< to buy a gift voucher.

Can I do what I want with my portrait?

Yes, absolutely. The artists give you full ownership of their creations. There are no
restrictions on what you can do with your portrait.
