copyright and trademark owners are Cartoony Lab, its affiliates or other third party
licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH,
UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY WAY, THE SITE
MATERIALS, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You
may print and download portions of the material from the different areas of the site
solely for your own non-commercial use, provided that you agree not to modify or
delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the material.

You also grant Cartoony Lab the right to use your name in connection with the
documents and other information submitted as well as in connection with all
advertising, marketing and promotional materials relating thereto. You agree that you
shall have no recourse against Cartoony Lab for any alleged or actual violation or
misappropriation of any proprietary rights in your communications to Cartoony Lab.

exclusive trademarks or service marks of Cartoony Lab. Other product and company
names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

We are passionate about drawings and we work with good faith. If any content or
drawing on the site disturbs a third party, please let us know at
support@caricaturemoi.com and we will remove it immediately.

You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as
being provided by Cartoony Lab, Cartoony Lab does not operate, control or endorse
any information, product or service on the Internet in any way. . Except for
information, products or services identified by Cartoony Lab , all information,
products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered
by third parties, who are not affiliated with Cartoony Lab . You also understand
that Cartoony Lab cannot and does not warrant that files available for download
through the site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other
code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for
implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular
requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means
external to the Site for the reconstruction of any data lost.

YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE

INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND OTHERS)
RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR
ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR
DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH
INFORMATION OR THIS SERVICE . EVEN IF Cartoony Lab OR ITS
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO
ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR
MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE .
Cartoony Lab makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which
you may access through this one or which may link to this site. When you access a
non- Cartoony Lab website , please understand that it is independent of Cartoony
Lab and Cartoony Lab has no control over the content of that website. Furthermore, a
link to a Cartoony Lab website does not mean that Cartoony Lab endorses or accepts
any responsibility for the content or the use of such website.

1. Compensation.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cartoony Lab , its officers,
directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any other third party providing
information to the service, against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any breach of this Agreement (including
negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or anyone else accessing the Service.

1. Rights of third parties.

The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service) and 3 (Indemnification) are for
the benefit of Cartoony Lab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors,
suppliers and any other third party providing information to the Service. Each such
person or entity shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly
against you in its own name.

5. Duration; termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time and for
any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyrights, Licenses, and Idea
Submissions), 2 (Use of Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Rights of Third Parties), and
6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. Delivery

The digital delivery of your caricature is sent to you by email between 3 and 5
working days after the order has been placed.

Due to the influx of orders around Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery times for
purchases made during the month of December.

In the event that a print has been ordered, the digital version of your caricature will be
sent to our printing subcontractor between 3 and 5 working days after the validation
of your order. An order not validated by the Customer is considered to be validated
after 48 hours after delivery by email.
The printer will manage the printing of the order and its shipping by post. The
delivery time varies from 7 to 30 working days depending on the print product
ordered.

7 . Various.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with United Arab

Emirates (UAE) laws applicable to agreements entered into and to be performed in
France. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Cartoony Lab and you,
for any purpose whatsoever, relating to this Agreement or the parties' obligations
hereunder, shall be brought exclusively in a French court of competent jurisdiction
sitting in United Arab Emirates (UAE) . Any cause of action or claim you may have
with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or
cause of action arose or such claim or cause of action arose. action is prescribed. The
fact that Cartoony Lab does not insist upon or enforce strict performance of any
provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or
right. Neither the conduct of the parties nor trade practices shall operate to modify
any provision of this Agreement.

Cartoony Lab may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at
any time without notice.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
