Is Twitter a political messenger?

The impacts of social media on democratic discourses and the relationship between
how social networks as Twitter has turned into a political messenger, was a theme of
debate on these days. Previously, during elections, politicians used to produce

On the other hand, so is the insistence by politicians to increase publicity and

intercept ideologies in people's decisions, forcing highly optimized political
messages, that people lose this sense of free decision. Besides, it is thought to have
generated an area of conflict between the different political parties and encourages
fanaticism. That is why, while political Twitter posts are incredibly powerful and very
effective for commercial advertisers, that power can be incorrectly used to influence
votes and corrupt society's ideals.

In brief, Twitter is a good method for expressing ideas and values. But, this resource
promotes rebels humans for taking seriously everything posted in it, and people with
power use it as a profit. All in all, I think that these websites, for political persons, are
not more than a public publicity to dominate and control the majority of users in the
site. By far, the diffusion of the proposals and ideas are in one click away to be a
massive future complication.
