Barcode-Based School Events Attendance Monitoring System for BASC.

 The person in charge can easily use
and access the system.
 The system will lessen the error in
keeping students record of
attendance.
 Using the system will make monitoring
easier and take less time.
 The system will give a reliable list of
students who attended each school
event.

Scope of the Study:  The study will focus on developing a Barcode-

Based School Event Attendance Monitoring
System that utilizes barcode technology for
efficient and accurate tracking of student
attendance during school events.
 The system will include features such as event
registration, barcode generation, scanning,
and real-time attendance recording.
Limitations of the Study:  The study may encounter limitations
related to the implementation of the
system, including technological
constraints and resource availability.
 The effectiveness of the system may be
influenced by the compatibility of
barcode readers with different devices,
and variations in barcode scanning
capabilities.
Project Design/  Program Specification
Development Plan and The system will employ a barcode reader
Methodology to track attendance because each
student's identity card currently has a
barcode label attached. Each student is
assigned a unique ID number that
corresponds to their barcode value.

The system intended to provide two

different users; the admin which is the
Officer/ or the Individual who is
responsible for managing and maintaining
the system and the User which is the
students.
