She urged parents of scholars to watch over their children and guide them well to finish their
studies. She also challenged the scholars to prove that they are worthy scholars of the provincial
government.

They explained the value of education to young children in the kindergarten so that they can
prosper.

“Each of the full scholars should maintain an average grade of 85 percentage per semester while
the other need not to maintain any standing but they should at least continue their studies,” she
said.

Some 566 students have received their scholarship grants from the provincial of Cagayan,
through Governor Alvaro Antonio, in an awarding ceremony held at the Kammaranan Hall,
Tuguegarao City.
