We hereby certify that :

i) The exposure covered by the contract / order / LC has not been covered with any
other Authorized Dealer.
ii) We confirm that Forward Contract booked in aggregate do not exceed the average
of the actual Import / Export turnover for the preceding two years.
iii) The original contract / order / LC may pleased be returned to us after making
necessary endorsement thereon. We hereby declare that we shall be bound by
FEDAI and Internal procedure laid down by your Bank regarding Forward
Contracts and undertake to abide by the same.
