Client Request and Acknowledgement Regarding Products & Services

1. I/We hereby request to open an account with International Wealth Management Division of NSL (“IWM”) for
the purpose of IWM providing me/us with wealth management products and services. I/We acknowledge that
this request is initiated by me/us and no solicitation had been made by IWM nor its staff. In this regard, I/we
hereby request that IWM provides me/us with the following:
a) Account Opening Documentation including account application form and all relevant
documentation to facilitate account opening and ongoing account maintenance with IWM.
b) Trading Services in relation to Investment Products as well as recommendations financial advice
and other services incidental to the Trading Services - Investment Products include but are not limited
to listed/unlisted equities, bonds, notes, certificates, derivatives, structured products, investment funds
and other collective investment instruments, money market instruments, foreign exchange and currency
linked investments. Other services include the provision or facilitation of wealth planning services and
discretionary portfolio management services available at IWM and products or services of other divisions
of Nomura group such as Global Markets and Investment Banking Division and those offered by Nomura’s
affiliates and third party service providers.
c) Custody Services in relation to Investment Products, cash and other assets acceptable to IWM
d) Deposits and Loans – deposits and loans services/facilities
e) Research Material / Marketing Material – financial and economic research of a general / generic nature,
financial research containing specific recommendation on issuer/ securities, term sheet of securities,
prospectus, final terms and agreements from investment transactions
f) Securities Borrowing and Lending facilities

2. If I/we have been introduced to IWM with a view to open an account with IWM, I/we confirm that the introduction
to IWM for the purpose of account opening is a result of my/our own request, discretion and decision, without
any influence or instigation from the introducer or IWM or any of its staff. I/we hereby request IWM to contact
me/us in relation to the investment information that I/we have requested.
3. I/We confirm and undertake that all funds deposited with IWM have complied / will comply with applicable laws
and regulations.
4. The requests and confirmations set out in this letter shall remain valid and binding on me/us until such time
that IWM receives an express revocation, or an updated request or confirmation made by me/us in writing.
