This document shows the results of an experiment where a person performed squat kicks at increasing intervals of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 repetitions and their heartbeat was measured per 15 seconds. The heartbeat increased from 25 beats per 15 seconds for 5 squat kicks to a maximum of 41 beats for 25 squat kicks and then decreased again as the interval number increased.
