If you have any trouble during the process, please contact me at
ecodecatcontact@gmail.com. I’m here to help you! :)

1. Cut the shown part of the PCB. Don’t throw it away, we’ll use it later as an
insulation for the hotend. The PCB file can be found in the electronics folder.
2. Weld the 8-pin in pairs of two to the MP1584EN converter as shown.
3. Weld the MP1584EN converter to the PCB. Make sure that the positive of the converter is with the
positive of the PCB.
4. Weld one 2-pin female to the PCB.

5. Plug the power supply connection. Then, connect the power supply.
6. Adjust the output of the MP1584EN converter using a voltmeter. Use a screwdriver to turn the
potentiometer of the converter until the voltmeter reaches 5V.
7. Weld the sockets of the Arduino Nano and the driver 8825.This is useful in case the
Arduino, or the driver gets damaged so you can replace them.

8. Weld the female connectors of the screen TFT, encoder, push buttons, buzzer alarm
and the limit switch to the PCB as shown.
9. Weld the 4-pin for the motor and the 2-pin for the NTC 100k thermistor to the PCB.

10. Weld the 100uF capacitor to the PCB. Make sure the positive pole of the capacitor (the
larger leg) goes with the positive of the PCB.
11. Do the same for the 10uF capacitor.
12. Weld the 10KΩ resistors to the PCB where it says R1, R2, R3.
13. Weld the 4.7KΩ resistor to the PCB. Weld the two opposite connections out of the 3
possible. The middle one left over because initially there was a potentiometer.
14. Weld 2-pin shown to the D4184 Mosfet. Then, weld the Mosfet to the PCB.
15. Connect the Arduino to the socket. Make sure the mini-USB connection is oriented as
in the PCB drawing.
16. Connect the Driver 8825 to the socket. Make sure the potentiometer is oriented as in
the PCB drawing.
17. Plug the mini-USB into the Arduino and run the program. The program is in the
electronics folder. You will need to download the libraries of the program folder and
include them in the Arduino. This part may be tricky, so if you have any issues please
contact me at ecodecatcontact@gmail.com.
18. Plug the power supply connection again. Then, connect the power supply. Connect the
motor push button and the voltmeter as shown.

19. Use the screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer of the driver 8825 until the voltmeter
reaches 1.75V. During this process you will need to press the motor push button for
the driver to apply voltage.

You have finally made it! Now you can assemble your machine.
