Equipment Overview
1) Cooking system
L.Dissolving tank
This tank is steam-heated. Before use, make sure that the boiler room can provide enough
steam (0.4-0.6 MPa). It is equipped with heating, stirring, shearing, and other functions.
Pay attention to safety when using, and do not heat without materials to prevent damage
to the pot body. After use, pay attention to drainage. If there is too much steam water
remaining inside before the next use, it will easily lead to slow heating.
IL Mixing and cooling tank.
This tank is for cooling and mixing and is generally suitable for the production of gelatin
raw materials. Before use, it is necessary to pass an appropriate amount of tap water into
the interlayer. According to the formulation process, the temperature can be lowered to a
suitable level and then mixed with the melted gelatin solution. Like general colloid
production, this tank is only used as a temporary storage tank.
lll, Storage tank

to its weight, it can be placed directly on the ground, but the surface must be level. If the
ground is uneven, a triangular shim must be used to level the machine.
2) The depositing machine can be placed on the ground directly. Since the machine is
heavy, it should be positioned directly. The ground must be perfectly flat. If the ground
cannot be leveled, a triangular shim should be used. Furthermore, the motor base and the
bottom of the machine base must be protected with 10mm rubber pads to prevent water
washing the floor from corroding the machine base and extending the machine's life.
E. Lubrication of moving parts
This equipment has moving parts such as reducers and chains. For the normal operation
of these parts, please lubricate them according to regulations.
For Reducer, please use N320—N469¥# lubricating oil, replace the lubricating oil for the
