8 Conclusion
Based on the analysis and evaluation of INTERNATIONAL TURNKEY SYSTEMS(ITS), the
report concludes that the company has strong potential for growth and success in the
industry. However, there are several areas where the company can improve its
management, sustainability, decision-making, human resources practices, and strategy.

This section will provide a clear and concise summary of the main points and highlight
the most important insights that have been gained for each management evaluation
criterion.

Management Hierarchy
One of the key advantages of a functional structure is that it allows for specialization
and expertise within each functional area. Employees within each area can focus on
developing their skills and knowledge in their specific area of expertise, which can lead
to greater efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, a functional structure can help to
ensure that tasks are completed consistently and to a high standard across the
organization.

However, one potential disadvantage of a functional structure is the Lack of

collaboration as it leads to silos and communication barriers between different
functional areas. Employees within each area may become so focused on their own
tasks and responsibilities that they fail to communicate effectively with other areas,
which can lead to coordination problems and inefficiencies.

In addition to There are some operation scale issues that need to be addressed. Some of
these issues include:

Communication gaps: with such a large number of workers, it's challenging for
directors to communicate effectively with their brigades, especially if they're spread out
across different departments or locales. This can lead to miscommunication, confusion,
and a lack of clarity around pretensions and prospects.

21
Overall, by addressing these communication and operational challenges, ITS can
enhance its efficiency and effectiveness, and position itself for continued growth and
success in the industry.

Sustainability
ITS is making efforts towards sustainability and social responsibility by
implementing ethical business practices, engaging with the community, and prioritizing
the well-being of its stakeholders beyond just financial performance. The lack of specific
and detailed information about its environmental performance makes it difficult to
make a comprehensive assessment of ITS's sustainability performance from a "Planet"
perspective.

Decision Making Process & Culture

Over-reliance on managers, there may be a tendency to rely too heavily on them for
decision-making and problem-solving. This can lead to a bottleneck in the decision-
making process and a lack of empowerment among employees.

The decision-making process and culture at ITS are likely to be dynamic and complex,
given the global nature of the company and the rapidly changing technology landscape.

International Turnkey Systems (ITS) is likely to adopt a symbolic management approach

that values diversity, employee training and development, and community engagement.

ETHIX NG may use the POLCA framework to ensure systematic decision-making, it is

important to note that the effectiveness of the framework depends on proper
implementation, evaluation, and follow-up, the lack of evaluation and follow-up can
lead to bottlenecks in the production process, misalignment of decision-making with the
company's goals and objectives, and missed opportunities for growth and innovation.

Human Resources Management

Overall, ITS's human resource management practices reflect a geocentric approach that
values diversity, employee training and development, and a comprehensive recruitment
strategy. However, ETHIX NG needs to ensure that its recruitment efforts are efficient in

22
attracting and hiring top personnel from various countries and backgrounds by using
evaluation tools.

Having a diverse generational distribution in an organization has several benefits. Such

as it can bring a range of perspectives, experiences, and skills to the workplace, but it
may present challenges, such as differences in communication styles, work preferences,
and expectations.

Despite the strong emphasis on employee training and development the turnover rate is
high. However, turnover rates can be affected by various factors, including stressors and
job satisfaction.

Stressors are factors that cause stress for ITS employees, heavy workloads, long hours,
limited resources, and lack of support. High levels of stress can lead to burnout,
decreased job satisfaction, and ultimately, increased turnover rates.

High turnover rates can be a significant problem for ITS, as they can lead to decreased
productivity, increased recruitment and training costs, and a negative impact on
employee morale.

High turnover rates can also indicate underlying issues within an organization, such as
poor management practices because of lack of feedback and recognition, and poor
communication and inadequate compensation and benefits, Employees leave as they
feel that their compensation and benefits are inadequate.

ITS don’t offer competitive salaries, benefits, or opportunities for advancement

therefore they struggle to retain employees.

23
Company Strategy
From the perspective of company strategy, International Turnkey Systems Group (ITS)
appears to have a sound business strategy, with a strong focus on building and
maintaining long-term relationships with its customers, competencies and competitive
advantages, innovation, and growth. However, there are some potential issues that
could impact ITS's success in the future.

One potential issue is the intense competition in the banking systems industry, which
could put pressure on ITS's market share and profitability.

Another potential issue is the ongoing impact of external factors such as the COVID-19
pandemic and economic uncertainty, which could affect ITS's growth and profitability.

Additionally, ITS's focus on expanding into new markets and regions could present
challenges related to cultural and regulatory differences.

24
9 Recommendations
Based on the evaluation report, there are several recommendations that International
Turnkey Systems (ITS) can implement to improve its management, sustainability,
decision-making, human resources practices, and strategy

Improve Communication and Collaboration

ITS may need to consider implementing strategies such as cross-functional teams,
regular communication and feedback channels, and delegation of decision-making
authority to employees. By doing so, the organization can improve collaboration,
communication, and employee engagement, which can lead to increased productivity
and success.

To address the challenges of A diverse generational distribution, ITS can implement

programs and initiatives that promote intergenerational understanding and
collaboration, such as mentoring programs, cross-generational training, and team-
building activities that encourage employees to work together across generations.

Improve Sustainability Performance

To monitor and improve their sustainability performance, ITS need to develop

sustainability strategies, set sustainability targets, conducting regular environmental
audits and implement sustainability initiatives such as eco-efficiency measures,
renewable energy adoption, and stakeholder engagement. Regular sustainability
reporting, such as through sustainability reports or integrated reports, can help them
communicate their sustainability progress and engage stakeholders in their
sustainability journey.

Improve Decision Making Process & Culture

a) Empower Employee

ITS can improve its decision-making process by empowering employees to make

decisions and encouraging them to contribute ideas. This will help to alleviate

25
bottlenecks and ensure that the company is making decisions that are aligned with its
goals and objectives.

b) Implement Follow-up and Evaluation System

ITS needs to adapt follow-up and evaluation phases by monitoring performance and
adjusting strategies as needed. to ensure that it is making data-driven decisions that
align with its long-term strategy.

To ensure that the decision-making processes are systematic and aligned with the
company's goals and objectives, it is important to establish clear policies and procedures
for using the POLCA framework. This includes defining the roles and responsibilities of
each team member involved in the decision-making process, establishing clear
communication channels, and ensuring that everyone understands how the framework
works.

Regular monitoring and evaluation of the POLCA framework is also essential to ensure
that it is effective in achieving its intended goals. This can include analyzing data on
production flow, identifying bottlenecks, and making necessary adjustments to the
framework to optimize its effectiveness, it is also important to provide regular training
and support to team members to ensure that they understand how to use the
framework effectively. This can include providing training on how to use the POLCA
cards, how to identify and address bottlenecks, and how to communicate effectively
with other team members.

c) Adopt problem-solving techniques.

ITS may need to adopt a range of management perspectives and problem-solving

techniques to effectively address the challenges it faces and to maintain its competitive
edge in the market.

Addressing unstructured problems may also require collaboration and input from a
range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and other external

26
stakeholders. This can help ensure that solutions are tailored to the specific needs and
preferences of the affected parties and can help build consensus and support for the
proposed solutions.

Reduce Turnover Rates

Overall, turnover rates can have a significant impact on an organization's operations and
performance, and it is important for organizations like ITS to monitor and address this
issue. By identifying the factors that contribute to turnover rates and implementing
programs and initiatives to address them, ITS can improve employee retention and
maintain a strong and motivated workforce.

To address high turnover rates, organizations like ITS can implement programs and
initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Examples

ITS to identify candidates who have the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities to
succeed in the job.

rate, and overall contribution to the company. This can help ITS to ensure that its
selection criteria are effective in identifying top talent.

c) Regularly review and update selection criteria

ITS should regularly review and update its selection criteria to ensure that they are
aligned with the company's goals and objectives and that they are effective in
identifying top talent. This can involve gathering feedback from stakeholders, analyzing
performance data, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Enhance Company Strategy

Based on the PESTEL analysis for International Turnkey Systems (ITS), it can be
concluded that the company operates in a complex and dynamic macro-environment
with various external factors that can impact its operations and performance. The
analysis highlights the importance of being aware of and adapting to changes in
political, economic, sociocultural, technological, environmental, and legal factors to
remain competitive and sustainable.

Overall, while ITS has a strong business strategy, the company will need to remain
vigilant to potential challenges and risks in the banking systems industry to maintain its
position as a leader in the market.
