Objective: To develop troubleshooting skills for various computer issues.

Instructions: Given are some basic computer issues and its corresponding troubleshooting solutions.
Please include references for your answers (including websites). Please read and understand your
answers properly. We will discuss this on our next face to face meeting.

ACTIVITY SHEET PART 1:


PROBLEM SOLVING:

Question 1:

You are the manager of a manufacturing plant, and the production line has been experiencing consistent
delays, causing missed deadlines and increased costs. What steps would you take to identify the root
causes of the delays and implement effective solutions to streamline the production process?

Question 2:

Your team is working on a complex software development project, and you've encountered a critical bug
that's blocking progress. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the issue persists. How would you approach
this problem, from diagnosing the bug's source to implementing a lasting solution while minimizing
project delays?
