1. The petitioners are respectable citizens residing in ……..village. They

have not committed any offence. They are law abiding citizens they have
never came to any notice of police in earlier instances. They have been
arrested at the instance of Complainant in C.C. No. ……./2015.

2. The Petitioners are the only person to support their family consisting of
his aged parents, wife and children. He has no other source of livelihood
than the wages he gets for his labour. Further, petitioner has to make
arrangements for his defence. If he is not enlarged on bail, it will cause
irreparable legal injury to him.
 3. None of the witnesses in the matter are in any way connected and within
the approach of the accused hence there is no possibility of the witnesses
being tampered.

4. The petitioner is ready and willing to bind himself to attend at the time
and place and to continue so to attend as and when directed by this Court.

5. The petitioner is prepared to furnish bail with such sufficient and solvent
sureties, and to abide by such conditions as this Court may impose upon
him.

In the above circumstances and in the interest of Justice, it is humbly prayed

that this Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
