‘To meet the growing demands of the billion dollar
anti-aging, aesthetics and regenerative medicine
industry, UCSI University has successfully launched
2 Master of Science (Anti-aging, Regenerative
Medicine and Medical Aesthetic) for licensed medical
doctors. Its the first ofits kind to incorporate
anti-aging, aesthetics and regenerative medicine into
‘one degree. This programme has been approved by
‘the Malaysian Qualifications Agency and has been
designed to accommodate doctors’ busy schedules.

FACILITIES
The School of Anti-aging, Aesthetics and Regenerative Medicine uses the Laurent
Bleu KL Centre - Skin Science & Wellness as e practical training faclity for its
master’s students, The centre is based within the university campus and is a
comprehensive health and beauty clinic comprising of four distinct entities; the
Laurent Bleu Skin Science Academy, the Laurent Bleu Anti-aging and Aesthetics,
the Laurent Bleu Clinic and the UCSI Path Lab that work together to provide
‘raining, treatment and medical care for total wellness both inside and out.

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE AT UCSI
The launch of the Master's programme in January 2011 comes during a significant
milestone for the UCSI Group: the development of the first private teaching
hospital in Malaysia, The UCSI University Hospital at Bandar Springhill, Port,
Dickson along with the five star UCSI Resort Hotel and Convention Cente, aims to
become an international destination for medical tourism.
Slated for completion in November 2012, the future 1000-bed teaching hospital
will work closely with the University’s School of Anti-Aging, Aesthetics and
Regenerative Medicine to train the next generation of healthcare workers,
including conducting its own research. It wil also have a dedicated anti-aging and
regenerative medicine department with the Laurent Bleu Springhill Centre ~

Masters Project Paper in Regenerative MedicineMINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATION
Malaysian candidates: Medical qualification and at least one year
cof post registration clinical experience approved by the Senate.
Foreign candidates: An active medical license from the state,
province or nation where applicant resides and satisfies the
department's requirements during an entrance evaluation.
ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
Applicants who have graduated from a non-English medium
university must have achiaved at least an IELTS Band 6 or TOEFL.
'550 rating or must pass the Universty-approved English Language
Proficiency test.
ASSESSMENTS
Students are assessed on assignments, log book recordings and
case studies
There are three project papers and three written exams for the
subjects of anti-aging, aesthetics and regenerative medicine
respectively,
