INVERSE MATRIX METHOD


Consider the set of linear equations:

Write the equations in the form of matrix:

Steps for Finding the Inverse of a Matrix (𝑨−𝟏 )

1) Write the equations in matrix form, 𝑨 𝑿 = 𝑩


2) Find the determinant of matrix A
3) Calculate each element of Minor matrix A
4) Turn the Minor matrix A into Cofactor matrix
5) Form the Adjoint matrix A by transposing the Cofactor matrix
6) Divide each element of the Adjoint by the determinant of A

Solve the following simultaneous linear equations using Inverse Matrix method.
