Raw material planning and receiving → Mixing → Extruder → Cutting and
folding (strip m/c) → Corrugation sealing (U machines) → Doctoring and
packing (Doctor m/c) → Palletizing → Finished goods → Warehouse Dispatch.
Chain of 34000 pieces packed in plastic film which is then packed in another
5-ply corrugated box of heavy strength.
Product name, product size, manufacturer’s name, manufacturing address,
date of manufacturing, date of expiry, shift, batch / lot number, net weight /
quantity, gross weight, & storage conditions,
Shall be transported through clean and tarpaulin covered vehicle.
2 years from the date of manufacturing
Storage:
Shall be stored in cool and dry place on pallets, avoid direct contact with
sunlight. Shall be stored 18 inches away from the wall and 4 inches above the
ground.
Handling:
FEFO shall be maintained. Cartons shall be handled carefully to avoid
damage.
Straws shall be attached with individual pack of Asceptic brick pack at the time
of production.
