Examination Notice for the posts of Laboratory Technician, Senior

Administrative Assistant (UDC), Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor,
Hospital Attendant Grade-III, Laboratory Attendant Grade-II and
Librarian Grade-III meant for AIIMS, Bathinda, Punjab
It is for information of all the candidates who have applied for the posts of
Laboratory Technician, Senior Administrative Assistant (UDC), Nursing Tutor/Clinical
Instructor, Hospital Attendant Grade-III, Laboratory Attendant Grade-II and Librarian
Grade-III in response to Advertisement No.PGI/RC/037/2023/2934 dated 11.08.2023 issued
for recruitment to various posts of Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ for All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda, Punjab that the online computer based test (CBT) of these
posts will be held on SATURDAY, the 16th DECEMBER, 2023 in three shifts as per
schedule mentioned below:-

Note: The above examination cities are provisional and may be changed in case of
limited or no availability of computers/nodes in test centres in some of the
cities.

The PGIMER, Chandigarh has made all possible efforts to allocate test
centres in the cities preferred by candidates. However, due to technical, logistic reasons
including non-availability of sufficient number of nodes in examination centres or candidates
in that city etc., candidates have been allocated examination centres in nearby States/cities.
The exact details regarding roll number, venue of examination, timings of
examination, time for entry in the test centre and other terms and conditions to be followed
by the candidates during the said examination will be mentioned on the Admit Cards which
will be available for downloading by the candidates w.e.f. 05.12.2023 on the website of the
Institute www.pgimer.edu.in for which the user ID and password will be sent on the
registered mobile number and e-mail ID of the candidates. No request for change of
examination centre will be entertained. As such, the candidates are to make their travel
arrangements in advance accordingly.
The candidates are also informed that the result of the said online examination
(Computer Based Test) will be declared within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of
online examination. Only the candidate, who will be found eligible, will be finally considered
for selection on merit basis.
