热与温度

目的：为了探讨水在加热和冷却的过程与水的
温度之间的关系
Aim: To investigate the changes in temperature
of water during the heating and cooling
process

步骤：
1．把水倒入烧杯并用温度计测量水的温度。
Record the temperature of the water before
heating.
2．在加热的过程，每隔 5 分钟测量水的温度。
Record the temperature of water every 5
minutes when heating.
3．在冷却的过程，每隔 5 分钟测量水的温度。
Record the temperature of water every 5
minutes when cooling.
