The theme for this year’s Christmas celebra on is “Give Love”. Our way to celebrate this season is
through sharing our blessings to small children in the nearby community. We intend to have a short
program with some snacks for these children. We are targe ng a total of fi y (50) par cipants of student
volunteers and children.

In line with this, we, the students of the Pa ence class, would like to request permission to use our
classroom as venue for our ac vity on December 16, 2023 from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.

We are appealing for your kindness and full support to make this ac vity a reality.
