please mark N/A (Not Applicable).

Applicants must satisfy the Registration Panels of the BRCP that they fulfil the criteria laid down
by the particular Panel. This is usually covered by recognised courses or through an

must certify that the cases reflect the ability of the applicant. Two case histories will always be
required for HOMOEOPATHIC applicants while for other disciplines case histories will be
required at the discretion of the Registration Panel. Case records must not contain the name
or address of the patient only their age and sex. They must be completed on typed A4 paper,
double spaced and chronological. Case history must be based on patient's notes taken
during visits. Each page must be numbered consecutively and fastened with a metal staple.
All cases must be completed unsupervised.
