HO/MKTG/2023-24/CR-8579 dated 16 May, 2023, we are pleased to inform you that Competent Authority has approved a special incentive scheme for miscellaneous insurance business as per details given below ] Minimum Premium in Miscellaneous segment Special incentive (Except PA, Health & (01.07.23 to 30.09.23) Engg. Rs.50 Lakhs ‘30% of commission in Misc. | segment | (Except PA, Health & Engg. | Business) This special incentive scheme is in addition to Circular No. HO/MKTG/2023-24/CR-8579 dated 16" May, 2023 only for Miscellaneous insurance business subject to following conditions 1. On Govt, business, commission/incentive shall be payable as per Govt Notification. 2. Commission/incentive on Group policies eligible if it is additionally loaded on premium. 3. Percentage of reward/remuneration to be paid on the business involving facultative reinsurance shall be only on our share of premium & subject to additional loading on premium. 4. All other terms & conditions mentioned in Circular No.8579 are still in force except Serial No.13 at Page No.3 to be read as deleted, ‘The above special incentive scheme is applicable only from 1¥ July, 2023 to 30" September, 2023.
