What actually was

going on between the author and her

sister?

The author decides to write a story about herself not about her sister. Her sister had given
premature birth to a baby two months or two weeks before the author gave birth to a baby girl.
The author recalls citing wrong facts in a newspaper
when she was a journalist. Stating a boy's eyes as blue when she realized
they were brown in reality.
The author recalls a memory of jealousy. That her sister made
her jealous because of her beauty.
Why is the author quoting facts that
change as she continues to explain her
story? Example: She visited a museum
with her sister and later it turned out that
she visited the museum with her parents.
The author talks about the loss of her sister's daughter and tells the great
character of her sister because she was very courteous at the party where people
were invited to see their daughters.
