About the Department:

Department of Chemical Engineering
started in 1989 offering 3 Years Full Time
Diploma in Chemical Engineering with an
intake of 60 students per year. The department
gives broad exposure not only to the regular
diploma engineering curriculum but also to the
aspirations and need of chemical engineer who
will meet the expanding industry’s requirements
in design, manufacturing and marketing
sectors.During COVID-19 breakthrough, the
department also provided online learning through
various online platform so that the student learning

This program is designed for Faculty
members of Engineering and Polytechnic
Institutes engaged in Chemical and Allied
Engineering Departments. The major
