If you do not think you will sign in again before your passcode grid expires you
can generate a new one by using the "Manage multi-factor authentication" within
the portal.
You can access the option for managing your multi-factor authentication settings
for:
- My Account by selecting "Personal profile"
- My Business Account by selecting "Business profile"
- Represent a Client by selecting "Review and update", select the RepID link if
applicable and then choose the tab for RepID information
