Cut out 2 raindrop shapes using black felt, and 2 small circles using white felt © & NOSE (navy blue) Work in rows, ch | and turn after each rows. RI ch 5, (starting from the 2nd ch from hook) Ysc [4] R2: sc, dec, sc [3] RS: sc, sk 1 st, se [2] Ru: sk | st, sl st, fasten off and leave a tail for sewing, or if you wanna glue them, weave the fails in. HAIR (blue) Ch 6, (starting from the 2nd ch from hook) 4 sl st, ch 5, 4 sl st, sl st in the first chain you make earli- er, ch4, 3 sl st, sl st in the same ch, fasten off and leave a tail for sewing. ASSEMBLY recommend to use ball point pins for assembly. This way will help you to keep the pieces in place and make it easier to do the sewing. I'm using a hot glue gun to attach the eyes and nose, but if you mate this amigurumi for kids, | recommend to make it fully sewn. 1. Sew the body to the head 2. Sew the belly onto the front body, then the hair on the top of the head e s | 2 3. This step is optional, | inserted a wire through the upper part of the body for the arms (Not recommended if you make this arigurumi for kids.) 4. Sew the arms to the sides of the upper body 5. Sew the legs to the lower sides of the body. (IF you wanna make it stand, just sew the legs on the bottom of the body.) 6. Sew the tail to the lower back side of the body. 4 5 6 7. Sew the lower part of the ears like so before sewing them to the head 8. Sew the ears to the sides of the head, leaving half of the upper ears unsewn. Sew them right above the light blue line of the head. Turn and sew the back sides of the ears too 9. Sew/glue the light blue pieces of the eyes right between the line that separates between the blue and light blue color, slightly pointing downwards. Then sew/glue the black and white pieces onto the light blue pieces 10. Sew/glue the nose between the eyes. And.. You're done making the stitch amigurumil Moving on to make the mini ukulele for your stitch! Continue: Rik: BLO, sc around [24] R12: se around [24] SI st, fasten off and weave the tail in FRETBOARD (dark brown) Starting off by leaving a tail for sewing Work in rows, ch 1 and turn after each rows Ri ch 3, (starting from the 2nd ch from hook) 2sc [2] R2-RI9: sc in all sts (18 rows) [2] SI st, fasten off and leave a tail for sewing. Yes, you have 2 tails for sewing the fretboard onto both bases later. TUNER (brown) RI ch 4, (starting from the 2nd ch from hook) Sse, turn to the other side and 3sc again, and now you're working in rounds. [6] R2-R3: sc around (2 rounds) [6] SI st, fasten off and leave a tail for sewing. ASSEMBLY 1. Cut out a small circle of black felt and glue/sew it In the middle of Base | Then, embroider a line using dark brown yarn below the black circle, leav- ing a space like so 2. Sew the fretboard to the upper side of Base | Fold the fretboard, then sew it closed, leaving the end to be sewn to Base 2 later 3. Sew the tuner on the top of the fretboard. 4. Using a white sewing thread, make 4 strings that go from the tuner to the dark brown embroidery line that you made earlier 5. Sew Base I to Base 2 I'm using a blanket stitch. Leave a gap to put light stuffing, then sew the gap closed 6. Sew the remaining fretboard to Base 2 And.. You're done!
