The head of the family is Mr.Kannan, 70 years old and having 6 members in
the family. His wife aged 68 years is suffering from Asthma for 10 years
and having an acute spell of breathing difficulty and 2 members belongs to
late adulthood, his son 48 years and daughter in law 45 years and 2
grandchildren are in the age of 10 years old boy and 16 years old girl. The
family belongs to Hindu religion with a family monthly income of
Rs.46,000/- .Perform a home visit and document the relevant findings.
