If you have any check-in baggage, please present your bags to our airport check-in counter as
per the below cutoff timing.
1. For all airports other than KUL and SZB : 60 minutes before departure for international and
domestic flights
2. For Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) : 60 minutes before departure for
international and domestic flights
3. For Subang Airport (SZB) : 30 minutes before departure for international and domestic
flights
You will have to present the boarding pass and photo ID at the security checkpoint and to the
Batik Air customer service agent as you board the aircraft.
Please be mindful that there may be delays at airport security check points. In order to help us
ensure an on-time departure, please clear security checks and arrive at your departure gate at
least 30 minutes before flight departure.
At the boarding gate, you are required to provide this boarding pass as well as your passport and
entry documents for your destination or transit country. Please ensure all travel documents info is
accurate and valid (ticket, visa, passport, etc.). Contact us immediately should you require
assistance.
At the airport, please be ensured to check for the latest boarding gate number on the Departure
display monitor before proceeding to the gate.
During checks at the boarding gate, cabin bags exceeding the 7kg allowance will be charged.
Dimensions of cabin baggage 56x36x23(cm).
Gate closes 15 minutes prior to departure time for all Boeing/ Jet operations and 10 minutes
prior to departure for all ATR operations.
If your flight is operated by another airline different rules may apply.
