To whom it may concern,

I, RR Gonzaga, am writing this letter to officially authorize Francis Ivor Millar to use my Toyota
Vios Black with Plate Number NFG3503. While Francis Ivor Millar is the co-owner of the vehicle,
the registration and payment were made under my name.

This authorization is valid from today until this letter is considered acceptable.

By granting this authorization, I confirm that Francis Ivor Millar has my full permission to register
any company parking application using my information, operate the vehicle for personal use as
well as any necessary legal and operational purposes during this time period. They are
responsible for any applicable traffic rules, regulations, and liabilities that may arise during the
authorized use of the vehicle.

Should any changes or modifications occur during the authorized period, Francis Ivor Millar is
required to inform me promptly.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of my Drivers License as identification documents and the
vehicle's registration documents for your reference and verification.
