Kshitij Sharma is a very sharp, well deserved Vice President at a leading MNC in
Delhi who is recently promoted to his post. His subordinate and the other
contemporary for the post, Vikas Jha is extremely jealous of him to have roped in
the executive position. Vikas in connivance with his colleague female friends
(Aashna Patel, Vidya Lahoti and Neha Nandi) hatches a conspiracy and has them
make a complaint to the ICC of the company against Kshitij for sexual
harassment.
The ICC registers a complaint and based on the statements by the Complainants
such as the Kshitij has tried to outrage their modesty by inappropriately touching
them, asked them for sexual advances, have threatened them that if they don’t
comply to his saying- he will make workplace difficult for them etc.. The ICC

Application for Quashing of the said FIR.

Draft a Quashing Application under Section 482, CrPC, not exceeding more than
1000 words.

2. Whether there are alternative remedies available to an individual before
seeking of Quashing Criminal Proceedings under Section 482, CrPC?
